VOCLA offers a 14-day return period for all items, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached and in a resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all underwear is tried on over your own garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your VOCLA account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and indicate your reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
